Studio E

Welcome!  Studio E is a relaxed, fun, exciting art studio where you can come and learn the basics or refine your talents in fine arts!  We offer classes for children, teens, and adults.  Studio E is a working studio were students can learn based on their individual skills and at their own pace. 

Just starting, getting back into it, or needing a place to refine your skills, Studio E is it!  Small classes and friendly instructors. Try a class out or sign up for a full session, classes are always ongoing.  Workshops, summer camps and special events are offered throughout the year.  Studio E's sister gallery is located in Greenport, New York, where artists can display and sell their work.

Who We Are

Our instructors have been to the finest art colleges in New York and abroad.  The teachers are certified and have a passion for the arts.  We make art fun! If it's not fun whats the point.  Art is a great way for one to express themselves, young and old!!  We will work to make you and or your child enjoy the arts and view them through a different lense.  We DO NOT TOUCH anyone's artwork. You will learn through your own experience and at your own speed.  

Introducing our teachers:

Mike Jablonski, Owner : BS in Art Education, Southampton College. MS in Instructional Technology, Stonybrook University.   I have been teaching high school art at Mattituck since 2001. My classes include fine arts as well as computer graphics, graphic illustration, studio art, drawing, crafts, independent studies, animation and video editing.  I have been creating artwork and showing in local galleries since 2000.  I am committed and excited about teaching and having students enjoy the art world.  

Terry Falquero, Instructor and Gallery Owner:  Terry has been with us for several years, she is a great instructor who is a graduate from the Fashion Institute of Technology.  Terry is an exciting instructor that teaches our mixed media classes and art start.  Terry also directs the Studio E Gallery in Greenport, New York. 

Michele Posner

Michelle Posner is a local painter and collage artist. She is a NYS certified art teacher and teaches full time at NYIT. Michelle is happily involved in the Long Island art scene and is affiliated with such associations as FRESH Art Collective, The Tryst, Art Studio 85 and the Smithtown Drawing Studio. She has been featured in exhibitions at Gallery 2444, The Southampton Parrish Museum, the Roger Smith Hotel in Manhattan, Studio East Gallery in Greenport and many others. Michelle is delighted to teach at Studio E and hopes to pass on her excitement for art.
