This weekly, 90-minute class is directed towards middle school/early high school aged students who are ready to move towards a more independent level of art. The instructor will work with students on reaching their individual goals, comparing the student only to themselves and the progress they make over the course. While students are encouraged to bring their own ideas of what they would like to draw, projects can include working with still life, analyzing a photograph, portrait work, and developing illustration skills. All supplies are included and will vary with projects. Some supplies tweens can expect to work with are pastels, markers, colored pencils, charcoal, tempera paints, acrylic paints, and watercolors.
 
 
Make up classes are not guaranteed and must be scheduled within the current session. Make ups may be done in another age appropriate or lower class and pop ups if space is available. Single classes are subject to availability and are done by calling/emailing the studio directly. Drop in classes are $35 and non refundable. Payment must be received prior to class to guarantee the seat.
